STORE POLICY
I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PRODUCTION
• Production Time
The manufacturing or preparation time for jewelry varies and depends on the complexity of each piece and the workshop's workload. The customer will be clearly notified of the estimated time before starting production or in the order confirmation email.
• Payment for Custom Pieces
To begin production of custom or made-to-measure pieces, 100% of the total cost is required in advance. This payment is non-refundable once the process has begun, as it covers the specific design and materials.
• Artisanal Variations
Due to the nature of artisanal manufacturing, pieces may present slight variations from the published photographs (e.g., color tone, occlusions of natural stones, or dimensions). These variations are inherent to handmade work and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
• General Return Policy
No exchanges or returns are accepted on any piece in our catalog or on custom pieces, unless the jewelry has a manufacturing defect.
• Personalized Pieces
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on personalized or custom-made pieces. This policy is reinforced by the customer's approval of the jewelry before it is shipped.
• Warranty (Case-by-Case Evaluation)
We offer a commitment to quality through a warranty against manufacturing defects, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your jewelry has a defect, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt for evaluation.
• Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover (and the customer will assume the cost of any repairs or adjustments in these cases):
1. Normal wear and tear or signs of use.
2. Damage caused by misuse or accidents (bumps, falls, etc.).
3. Exposure to chemicals (perfumes, pool chlorine, cleaners).
4. Loss of the jewelry or any of its parts.
5. Repairs, alterations, or adjustments performed by an outside jeweler.
6. Size adjustments if the original size was provided.
III. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
• Loss/Damage Procedure
If the package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must notify us immediately (maximum 48 hours after the expected delivery date). We will initiate a claim with the courier and, once the loss or damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

We assume full responsibility for the jewelry until the package is successfully delivered to the customer's address.
